Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
In the event that your prescription is not approved, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including postal delays.
Medications will be dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and receive a full refund. Once a prescription has been approved and the order dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
For patient safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medications unless they are found to be defective or incorrectly supplied. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us immediately at the details provided on our website.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected by these terms.
